Office Space Layout Package - Space Planning:
Our Office Layout Package is the space planning of your interior. We will give you an office space plan that will take into account moving, adding or removing walls, planning for new or existing office furniture or a combination of both, to meet the needs of your office space. You will get a complete set of drawings for your space in electronic and/or paper format that will have a 2D layout, which will include dimensions of your space and a 3D layout.
The Vision Package:
The Vision Package is designed to give you a conceptual view of your space that would include all interior selections such as fabrics, flooring, finishes, etc. In order to assure your space meets your vision a 3D color rendering view of your space is included. A color concept board will be provided for you that will incorporate all of your interior selections. At the end of this process you will have a vision for your new or remodeled space.
The Numbers Package - Budget Feasibility Study:
So you want to move to a new space or update your current space but are not sure of the cost. This package will help you prepare a budget that you can plan accordingly. Your budget plan will include construction costs, furniture, flooring, wall coverings, etc.
Complete Interior Design Package - Space Planning, Concept Plan, and Budget Feasibility:
This package is a combination of the 3 packages above. You will be guided through the complete process of creating your space to fit your needs.
